- 1 asparagus bunch, roughly 12 oz.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/3 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan

Preheat oven to 425.
- Trim and discard the ends of the asparagus, then place asparagus into a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle asparagus with one tablespoon olive oil, then sprinkle freshly squeezed (bottled lemon juice can be used as well) Lemon over top. Add seasonings and grated parmesan and toss to coat.
- Bake the Asparagus for 12-15 minutes, or until it has softened to your preference. 12 minutes is crisp-tender and 15 minutes is soft baked in my oven, however temperatures and baking times may vary.
