Simple green beans that don't lack in flavor and make a great side dish to any dinner!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups frozen green beans (thawed or partially thawed) *see note
  • 5 slices cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon season all
  • 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste optional
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • Saute green beans and chopped or crumbled, bacon in olive oil for 5 minutes over medium heat, turning frequently. Add seasonings and stir, then cover with a lid and turn heat down to low.
  • Allow green beans to cook for 3-5 minutes or more until crisp tender, then remove from heat. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and keep covered until cheese has melted. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

You can also use canned and drained green beans in this recipe.
