Prep time 10 min.
⦁ 2 large navel oranges *see note.
⦁ 1 teaspoon lemon juice
⦁ 1/8 cup honey
⦁ 1 cup plain yoghurt
⦁ 1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
⦁ 1 handful spinach
⦁ 7 ice cubes
⦁ 1 scant teaspoon ground ginger
1 Juice oranges and stir in lemon juice then pour into blender and add the rest of the ingredients in the order given.
2 Blend well and enjoy!
Note* I used fresh California citrus which are sweeter than most store bought oranges. I recommend adding more or less honey to fit your taste.
